Q. Is there an list of arrivals and departures of vessels?
I believe that records are kept of shipping movements and I would suggest you contact the harbour master. There is a column in the Cornishman each week which gives some information about which boats are coming and going or passing through, it is called 'In the Bay' but I don't know who writes it my best guess would be that the harbour master provides the information - he would know where to find it anyway.
