Thursday, 14th December at 7.00pm - Badcocks Gallery
Sufferers of cystic fibrosis will benefit from a fun-filled charity
auction at Badcocks Gallery in Newlyn on December 14, from 7pm.The
evening is being organised by gallery owners Mimi Connell and Nickie
Carlyon and will include mulled wine and mince pies to enjoy while
items such as postcard doodles by celebrities like Sir Ian McKellen,
Dawn French and Jenny Agutter go under auctioneer David Lay's hammer.

There
will also be works by artists Jess Cooper, Naomi Frears and Biddy
Pickard among others as well as a piece by celebrated potter Paul
Jackson.
Mimi said: "We are so grateful to all our artists who
have really got behind this event and have been so generous and we are
really pleased to be able to help the Cystic Fibrosis Trust fund their
ground-breaking gene therapy research, which they hope will stop CF
from tragically claiming so many young lives."
