Firecrews from Penzance and Falmouth were called to deal with a fire on
a fishing boat in Newlyn Harbour.Crew from the 60ft 'Intuition', moored
at Newlyn middle pier, reported a fire in the engine room at around
10am on Monday morning.
Two
appliances from Penzance and two special appliances from Falmouth were
used to put out the small fire using a hose reel and three breathing
apparatus; a thermal imaging camera was also used.
