Quartet are in fine voice at festival |

Newlyn's Buccas Four Quartet enjoyed a successful Camborne Music
Festival, entering three sections of the competition.
In the Barbershop
section, they achieved an overall mark of 85 (highly commended), in the
Any Quartet they achieved a Distinction with 88 marks and they topped
this with 90 marks (honours) in the Male Quartet section. Their
performances of Vive L'Amour and Shenandoah received notable acclaim
from the adjudicator for the balance and interpretation of the pieces.
The Buccas Four are: Graham Warren, Charles Parke, Stephen
Lawry and David Williams.
