The Penzance and Newlyn Framework Plan involves looking at the area's potential for business and job opportunities, as well as considering how the town could evolve to meet the needs of residents and visitors. The plan, which is being developed by AECOM Design + Planning on behalf of the Council, has reached a critical stage where several options are being proposed. These proposals will play a major part in transforming the Penzance and Newlyn economy over the next 15-20 years.
