Newlyn.info was alerted tonight to the presence of a large sheet of paper stuck on to the outer walls of the Newlyn Fish market.
It is thought that the paper, bearing the subtle hand written words "MESSAGES TO NEWLYN HARBOUR.COM" is an open invite for locals to write down thoughts, grievances and, perhaps, a little bit of punk poetry.
Was it put up by order of the Chairman of the commission as a PR exercise, following the recent reshuffle fiasco?
Is it a News of the World alternative to tapping?
Conceptual art?
A new Bansky? (Bansky loves walls)
We just don't know but we think it's a most excellent use of desperate breeze blocks.
Your thoughts below.
