AN EXERCISE class aimed at the over-50s will start in Newlyn on October 11.
The Fit As A Fiddle classes will be run in conjunction with Age Concern at RS Fitness. The class lasts for ten weeks.
Instructor Rachel Smitham has also been running a popular class for the last few years at the Lescudjack Centre on the Treneere Estate in Penzance.
