A REMINDER to members of Newlyn Art Gallery and The Exchange, Penzance that Andy Whall of Art Surgery is giving an introduction to live art – for members only – at 6.30pm tomorrow, in The Exchange.
Opening to the public on Saturday, and presented by the artist-led group CAZ, it is a photographic archive of live art produced in the region since 1996.
Alongside there is also a display of performance for camera by Manuel Vason Collaboration who have produced some of the most iconic images of live art bridging photography and performance.
Following five performance weeks, documentation of the activities will be displayed until January 14, 2012.
