Two Newlyn fishermen, David Pascoe, owner and skipper of Little Pearl and Steven Astley, owner and skipper of MVF Butts, have both received Objective 1 grants for the purchase of insulated bins. Mr Pascoe has secured £1,340-worth of funding and Mr Astley has received a £70 grant. The bins are fully insulated, stackable cool boxes with sealable lids and are used to take ice to sea.
