Mount's Bay Fitness in Newlyn is holding an open
evening tonight (Thursday) from 6.30pm onwards. Admission is free and
anyone is welcome.Owner Carol Williamson says: "This is an informal
evening to which anyone can come along and find out what we have to
offer."
Robbie
Smith, believed to be the only BACS-qualified instructor in the area,
will be available to answer any questions on the gym's Cardiac Rehab
classes or the GP Referral scheme. Personal trainers will also be on
hand to give advice.
