The Yacht Swim, one of the summer's traditions on Penzance promenade, takes place next Saturday, August 18.

The swim, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, starts from Newlyn Green at 7.30pm (12 and unders start 7.15pm) but competitors must register at Newlyn Green between 5pm and 7pm and be competent swimmers.
