The Helston-based charity which provides living kits to disaster victims had representatives on site to answer questions.
The "sleep-over" initiative, the brainchild of the Rev Harry Bourne, chaplain to the RAF and the West Cornwall Squadron of the ATC for many years, was set up to bring the plight of homeless people to life for the young folk in the ATC as part of their awareness-building of charitable and community concerns.
ATC Sgt Tom Pearson, who lives at Paul, said: " I've spent time with ShelterBox packing the boxes but this can't compare with mixing with people from the charity and learning so much about what they have done to alleviate the hardships of homeless people."
