There comes a time in the life of every seaside resort when it suddenly finds itself fashionable. For Cap d'Antibes in the South of France, it was when F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald sauntered down la Plage de la Garoupe to hang out with their rich friends the Murphys. For Penzance, my guess is that it's now....
